Hello! I'm the co-founder and CEO of BlueDot Impact. Our mission is to build the workforce that protects humanity. We help people transition into impactful careers focused on making powerful AI and biology go well. We've trained over 10,000 people and deployed millions in grants.

I grew up in Wales and now live in San Francisco. I spend a lot of time running in the mountains.

I studied renewable energy engineering at Durham. I’ve also acted on a soap opera, sung baritone in an a cappella group, sung and played guitar in a rock band, flown planes, jumped out of planes, and built a wildlife pond.
