Hello! I'm the co-founder and CEO of BlueDot Impact. Our mission is to build the workforce that protects humanity. We help people transition into impactful careers focused on making the development of powerful AI and biological technologies go well. We've trained over 10,000 people and deployed millions in grants.

I grew up in Wales and now live in San Francisco. Before BlueDot, I studied renewable energy engineering at Durham.

In previous lives, I acted on a soap opera, sang baritone in an a cappella group, sang and played guitar in a rock band, flew a plane solo, and built a wildlife pond. I now spend a lot of time running in the mountains.
